Making An Appointment
Anyone desiring counseling may contact the office for an appointment.
Office hours:
9 A.M. to 6 P.M. Monday through Friday.
Therapy hours:
10:15 A.M. to 8:30 P.M. Monday through Friday.
Evening and some weekend appointments are available, please call to check the availability of these appointments.

Insurance: Many insurance companies cover out-patient psychological and mental health services. We will assist you in claiming your insurance reimbursement. We are always looking to expand our network and if not a provider in your insurance plan will seek to become one.
Intake Fees: Our intake fees are the same as our regular office fees. There is not an additional charge for intake forms.
Medicaid: We do accept some Medicaid insurance.
Payment Issues: For those unable to meet the full cost of counseling we network with a
number of churches through our SOURCE program. This plan offers
counseling that may be discounted up to 50%. If your church is not a member
you may want to contact your pastor or church staff to set up SOURCE in your
church.
