JADA DOOLING

Jada Dooling is an Accredited Financial Counselor Candidate.  Her focus is to bring financial education to young adults, couples, and families through one-on-one sessions that will address their financial concerns and in return provide some guidance on how they can make goal-oriented financial decisions. What brought you to CCS? I’ve known Brian and Diana Frizzel for years and when I was ready to make the transition into Financial Counseling I knew that CCS would be a great place to call home.What is one thing on your bucket list? There are so many - but my #1 bucket list item is Cage Diving with Great White Sharks in Australia.  Best book you have read in the last year? Hillbilly Elegy by J.D. Vance.  This is an autobiography about a boy who had the odds stacked against him in every way, but he was able to envision a dream for himself and he worked hard and achieved his dream and so much more.  Favorite band?  I am terrible with knowing who sings what - I have two young boys so for the past year we’ve been listening to the Sing and Trolls soundtrack.  When I do get to listen - I love acoustic guitar and any song where the singer really belts it out.When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?: When I was in high school I wanted to be an Orthodontist.  I toured the dental school at UMKC and realized I would have to learn how to extract teeth - needless to say my career path changed in an instant.
