What brought you to CCS? A good friend of mine from school was doing his internship and he told me about it, I then completed my internship here and the rest is history. I felt that CCS was a place I could grow in my passion for helping people. CCS’s phrase was in line with why I got into counseling in the first place: Life is hard…Help is near.

What is one thing on your bucket list? I would love to travel to Australia! Hiking and/or camping in the outback experiencing the country would be an amazing experience. G’day mate!!

What is one of your proudest moments? I think completing my master’s degree was the proudest moment for me. School was always a challenge and obtaining an advanced degree proved that if something was important enough to me, I could accomplish it.

Best book you have read in the last year? It would have to be The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch. It was a challenge and motivator for me to not take for granted the things that God has entrusted me with. To live a life being a good steward of what I have and the opportunities that are presented to me.

Favorite band? I actually don’t have a favorite band, but people make fun of me for the vast and eclectic variety of music I like to listen to.

What is one thing that most people don’t know about you? That I am a huge car fan. I get car magazines, like to go to car shows and could tell you the make, model, engine size and other random information about most cars I see.
